Head of Cheese at Blaenafon Cheddar Susan Fiander-Woodhouse says “We want to use everything Welsh, but it’s got to be about what’s in my heart. It’s about the love of my homeland and wanting other people to come and enjoy it. I thought if I could entice them in with a smile, with the cheese, then they’d go and have a look elsewhere. By using ingredients from the south, mid, and north Wales, we’ve created a flavour trail.”

Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
