Smooth Dijon Mustard made for Tracklements by a wonderful French moutardier near Beaune, Burgundy.

This is of course delicious with steak but we love it for making a honey mustard dressing. It is also perfect with a smoky salad of any kind, made with Welsh Raw Honey and Cotswold Gold or Fino Oil (depending on whether you prefer olive or rapeseed oil).

The small mini jar is also perfect to add to a hamper or send as a little extra with a Ham.

This classic Dijon mustard is the perfect partner for Cooked Ham or ingredient for French dressing.

Tracklements are really high quality, taste great and are perfect for using in cooking. Highly recommended!
