This delicious biltong is made on the George family farm in Pembrokeshire from their own grass-fed Welsh beef. They are as passionate about provenance, sustainability and great quality produce as we are - and it really shows in their biltong.

The Original Flavour is delicately seasoned with garlic, coriander and black pepper and the Chilli Flavour has a hint of red chilli and cayenne pepper.

High in protein and free from added sugar, gluten, artificial flavourings and colourings. It's the perfect snack.

Decant into a pretty bowl for moreish nibbles with drinks … or just enjoy as a snack but don't expect to leave half a packet!

The best biltong you can get this far from South Africa. As a self-appointed biltong connoisseur, I give them my stamp of approval.

Why do we charge £9.95 per delivery?
Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.

At Black Mountains Smokery we like to be transparent, we don’t hide our delivery charges elsewhere. We hope our quality of service and produce is worth the small extra cost.
